Using Firmus

You need to be 13 or older and to keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what you post to your crew.

Your content

What you log, write and photograph is yours. You give Firmus permission to store it and show it to the people your settings allow, which is all we do with it.

Be decent

Don't use Firmus to harass anyone, post content that is illegal or sexual, or impersonate someone else. Crew owners can remove members; we can remove accounts that break these rules.

No guarantees

Firmus is provided as is. It is a tool for keeping promises to yourself, not medical, psychological or financial advice. If you are struggling with an addiction or your health, please talk to a professional.

Availability

This is an early version. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or because of bugs. We will not be liable for lost streaks, data or opportunities, to the extent the law allows.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
